The first discussion with the client is a fact finding exercise to establish why a website is needed, what the client would like it to do for them, approximately how many pages it will require and the type of image it should project.

This will establish an approximate cost for the finished project including the purchase of a domain name and the annual cost of hosting.
The site m anagement requirements are discussed at the same time.

Once the cost has been agreed a timetable can be drawn up and the client can begin to collect together all the information and images to be included. It is impractical to begin the design before all the content is assembled.

The end date is discussed and a written agreement drawn up to confirm the points covered at this first meeting. Payment is required within fourteen days of the website launch.

It is as simple as that!
